At Grupo Solave, we understand that our responsibility to the community goes far beyond producing Agave Solutions. Every day, we design strategies for continuous improvement that take into account the needs of our environment. Thanks to years of effort and dedication, we are proud to be recognized today as a Lean Company, an agile organization that delivers maximum value to our customers while minimizing resource consumption. Guided by Lean philosophy, our mission is to eliminate waste, time, cost, and effort across our processes, focusing on operational efficiency at every level.
Human Talent as the Foundation of Organizational Change
True organizational transformation happens when people’s potential is unlocked beyond just through processes or technology. That is why talent management, anchored in continuous improvement, is one of our core strategic pillars. Following this vision, we have adopted globally recognized methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to instill an analytical, efficient, and results-driven mindset in every member of our team. This has not only redefined the way we operate, but has also strengthened our leadership as a responsible, agile company, fully prepared for the challenges ahead.
Lean Six Sigma as a Catalyst for Efficiency and Culture
Lean Six Sigma is a globally recognized methodology that combines analytical tools with process improvement practices to reduce waste, minimize variation, and maximize efficiency. At Grupo Solave, Lean Six Sigma is more than a tool; it is a fully integrated work philosophy. We apply it as part of the professional development process of our teams, driving measurable improvements in productivity, error reduction, and the creation of an organizational culture centered on excellence.
Certified Training: From White Belt to Yellow Belt
We equip our people with internationally recognized certifications that validate their commitment to operational excellence.
- White Belt: Participants learn to distinguish between symptoms and root causes, apply root-cause analysis, and prioritize workplace improvements. This program has already delivered 3,128 hours of training, officially accredited by both the Mexican Ministry of Labor (STPS) and the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
- Yellow Belt: Designed for supervisors and operational roles, this program deepens problem-solving skills using Lean tools and delivers measurable process savings. To this day, we have provided 1,485 hours of accredited training under this certification.
Together, these programs represent a solid foundation of more than 4,600 hours of investment in talent development.
Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement
Becoming a Lean Six Sigma company means recognizing that real change does not happen overnight. It is a continuous, step-by-step journey where patience and consistency are the building blocks of a new corporate culture. At Grupo Solave, we engage our people in a wide range of initiatives that also connect our company with the surrounding communities.
Our training strategy goes beyond a single methodology—it is integrated into an annual program of 8,061 diversified training hours. These encompass industrial safety, occupational health, sustainability, environmental stewardship, good manufacturing practices, food defense, regulatory compliance, human development, and organizational climate. Such cross-disciplinary approach ensures that efficiency and continuous improvement become everyday practices rather than isolated goals, reinforcing both our culture and our responsiveness across all areas.
The Tangible Benefits of a Better Culture
The benefits of this strategy are evident both for our people and for the organization.
- For our collaborators: They gain essential skills for career growth, enhance their analytical and leadership capacity, and increase their visibility in strategic projects.
- For our company: Greater operational efficiency is achieved by reducing rework, errors, and waste. We improve on process quality, we enhance profitability through continuous improvement initiatives, and we strengthen adaptability in the face of new challenges.
This sustained investment in human talent and world-class methodologies is transforming Grupo Solave, step by step, into an increasingly efficient, agile, and future-ready organization.
At Grupo Solave, we continuously renew our commitment to strengthening our position as a Lean Company, always ensuring that our people, our community, and our environment share in the benefits.
