This organization, established in 2013, represents the agave syrup and fructan industry. Among its main activities is the promotion of good manufacturing practices among its members, social responsibility, and compliance with Mexican Official Standards. NOM-002-SAGARPA-2016 y NOM-003-SAGARPA-2016 related to the characteristics of health, agrifood quality, the authenticity of fructans, and agave syrup.

Cámara de Alimentos de Jalisco (CIAJ) gathers companies dedicated to producing, packaging, and processing food and beverages for human consumption within the State of Jalisco, Mexico; always respecting the sustainable future of the industry. Among its main activities is the laboratory service where nutritional, microbiological, heavy metal, pesticide, physicochemical, and finished product analysis can be performed, among others, always safeguarding food for human consumption.

We are certified by the Consejo Regulador del Tequila, this council is dedicated to inspect and certify compliance with the Official Tequila Standard, preserving the Denomination of Origin of Tequila and its raw material (Blue Agave), both nationally and internationally, promoting its quality and authenticity.
